Our 60-minute Hybrid class blends high-energy cycling with strength training for a full-body sweat. Start with an adrenaline-pumping ride, then hit the floor for dynamic strength work.

Our cycle room transforms into a dance floor for a 60-minute, high-energy class that feels more like a party than a workout. Under vibrant, club-inspired lights, dance through choreographed routines led by our expert coach who's mastered the art of fun, feel-good movement.

Cycle + core 45
In this 45 minute class you will kick things off with 25–30 minutes of rhythm-driven cycling in our immersive, music-fueled studio, then hit the mat for another 10–15 minutes of targeted core work. This class is bound to leave you feeling strong from the inside out.

mobility & mimosas
Ease into your Sunday with our 60-minute Mobility & Mimosas class. This full-body recovery session uses tools like yoga straps, foam rollers, hypervolts, and massage balls to release tension, target trigger points, and leave you feeling refreshed. The first mimosas are on us!

Join us for our energizing 45-minute outdoor Sunday rides in Heritage Square. All summer long, experience cycling under the open sky, surrounded by history and community. These rides celebrate our mobile studio roots that began in 2020.

yoga fusion
Our Yoga Fusion class offers the perfect midweek reset. This 45-minute mat-based session blends gentle yoga flow with a touch of Pilates to enhance flexibility, build deep core strength, and calm the mind. It’s a mindful, movement-based pause in your day. perfect for unwinding.

kickboxing
Our 60-minute Kickboxing class is an energizing blend of technique, strength, and endurance. You'll learn the fundamentals of punches, kicks, and powerful combos through dynamic floor drills and bag work designed to boost your agility and power. All levels are welcome!
